Slice of Heaven: Slice 5 – Enchiladas
Today was a great one. After having met with Jessica and Rob yesterday and getting all ready for the up coming bridal show I was pleasantly surprised to find my Slice of Heaven today around 12 PM when my wife served me her famous enchiladas. Now these aren’t just any enchiladas… they are made with HEALTHY ingredients and taste like they were made with the dew from heaven, seriously. She’s only made them once before but she tells me the secret ingredient is sweet potatoes. I was going to take a nice photo of them but they disappeared so fast I didn’t even have time. The only disappointment was that there wasn’t more of them. I never thought I’d say that about health food, but what can I say… my wife is a miracle worker!
