Royal Palms Wedding – Jolene and John’s Christmas Wedding

Christmas came just a little early for JB and Jolene this year.  Not only did Santa bring them their entire family to celebrate with, but it was a wedding of a lifetime.  Jolene was radiant as she waited with her father outside the gates of the garden and ready to begin a new journey with her best friend.  JB anxiously awaited his new bride at the front of the isle accompanied by family and friends and surrounded by lush trees and the notes of the stringed quartet that plucked their elegant notes in preparation for the bride’s entrance.

We have had the opportunity to photograph many weddings, but never before have I seen a couple so genuinely giddy on their big day.  It was a pleasure to watch, Jolene’s captivating smile and contagious laughter had me grinning behind the camera at every turn.  JB brought his best “game face” and could always get Jolene giggling as if it were Christmas morning.

These two had family from all over the country, including Jolene’s twin sister Jennifer.  Now that JB and Jolene have found each other and started their lives together… Jolene now has a new “better half” and Jennifer, I’m sure that JB’s up to the task of being her protector and best friend.
